From concept to the birth of a brand leading the way

THE STORY

Belly is the concept from Rachael Knowles; an expert in pre & post natal training. Rachael has built a following of loyal clients that have started training pre natal and have continued through their post natal journey.

As her following grew, so did the need for a brand identity and intuitive website that would continue to support existing clients and engage with new ones no matter where they lived.

DEVELOPMENT

Belly’s identity needed to be welcoming, knowledgable and extremely relatable.

The colour palette was chosen to put users at ease – for most, this is one of the hardest but most rewarding experience of their lives.

The Belly ‘B’ was created to mirror the shape of a pregnant woman and the logo marquee representing the safety of the womb. The full Belly word mark was custom created to be strong and bold but stylish and feminine at the same time.

HOW IT WENT

After the branding process, we went on to create print, merchandise, breathing technique animations and a very comprehensive website.

Belly was built to be an online community which could help support women both locally to Liverpool, nationally and even worldwide. This meant that the website had to do everything, and everything remotely.

Users can create journey specific accounts with access to video libraries, recorded workouts, book face to face events and a whole world of support.
