THE STORY
Unlike many developers, Chartland’s stakeholders play a big part in every decision that the company makes. They ensure that every property has been meticulously designed and incorporate aspects of architecture from the local community.
Chartland Homes needed a rebrand to mirror the quality and thought that goes into evry one of the homes that they create.
DEVELOPMENT
Chartland’s existing brand was well-known throughout Shropshire and Cheshire so it was important to retain some resemblance in the rebrand.
A strong serif font was kept whilst a CH key logo mark was redeveloped. A new ornate and clear key was created from 3 Cs to represent the 3 spearheads behind Chartland.
A new yet familiar colour palette was developed for consistency and a strong brand image.
HOW IT WENT
A range of sub-brands were created for each development site – it was important to give each an identity that was obviously part of the Chartland family.
A new website was designed and built to make it easy for prospective home owners to gain all the information they would need before making direct enquiries.
